Tom Coleman hails originally from Mowata, Louisiana, a small German farming community in Acadia Parish. For the last three-and-a-half decades Coleman’s professional shadow has darkened newspaper newsrooms and advertising departments, but lately his main distraction has been in the online community and moving newspapers into that space.

Personally, he likes spending time with his ever-expanding family, playing blues and classical guitar and when he decides to listen to his muse paints a bit. An avid outdoorsman Coleman shares his culinary camping skills with Troop 10 in Lafayette, La. as an assistant scoutmaster. He is also a master storyteller and raconteur who is quick with a story, quip or laugh when called upon.
